On-Site Refinishing In About Two Hours!
We can restore your stainless steel surfaces to like-new condition in a short period of time. Our refinishing procedure is (in most cases) done by hand, so there's no dust, no need for noisy power tools or closing the area off with inconvenient plastic walls. We simply arrive with a tool bag with the necessary repair items; we protect our work area with drop cloths and treat your home as if it were our own. Depending on the nature of the scratch/scratches, the work typically can be performed in a couple of hours. The details will be discussed prior to our arrival. We don't sub-contract...EVER! The owner of the company comes out to conduct the work in your home or place of business. 
We treat your home or place of business as if it were our own. This includes protecting the work area from further damage.

As you can see, this badly scuffed and scratched hood needed refinishing. Uninstalling it and replacing it would require the cabinetry to be removed. We brought the finish back to a like-new quality in about 3 hours, on-site. See the After photo next.

We Service Massachusetts

Service outside of Massachusetts is conducted on a case-by-case basis. If we accept the job, additional cost for time, fuel and mileage (lodging expenses if applicable) will be added to the price of the job. 

Additional cost is added to any location 25 miles outside of Greater Boston to cover time and mileage to the job location. We will provide this amount, along with the cost of the job prior to the day of the work.

Payment is due at TIME OF SERVICE, in the form of a check. Sorry, no credit cards. You will receive a quote for the work prior to day of service. 

Refrigerator Doors and Dishwasher Front Panels are considered on a case by case basis.

We DO NOT repair or remove dents

Respectfully, we ask that you don't call for advice on repairing scratches yourself. Business calls only, please.    


How it works?

For rapid turnaround on a quote, please let us know where you are located---town or zip code is fine. Give us a description of the damage and what type of appliance is affected. Also, please provide us a photo(s) of the damage (as best you can get in the photo)  AS WELL AS the entire appliance so we can determine repair methods and cost. If you are located in the Downtown Boston or surrounding urban neighborhoods (Southie, Charlestown, Cambridge, East Boston, etc...), please indicate if parking can be arranged on site, otherwise a $40.00 parking fee will be automatically added to the cost. We will provide you with a price up front and if you decide to have the work done, we'll set up a time to come out and conduct the repairs. Full Payment is due upon completion of work. You will receive an invoice prior to commencement of service.

We NEVER send sub-contractors.The owner of The Stainless Guys is the only person who will conduct the repairs in your home or place of business (and he actually returns your call !!)
